ILok license recovery

Hi everyone, this question has probably already been asked, in case I apologize to everyone. I have seen that the Ilok licenses can be "lodged" or on a USB stick, or on one's own account. However, if the Ilok USB stick dies, how can you recover the licenses?

Recovering the licences from a failed iLOK usb device is described at their faq page at https://ilok.com/#!faq under the RMA tab.

There are chargeable options to enhance this process. Have a look at ZeroDownTime and Theft Loss Recovery on the iLOK website. I think these services are good value and add both a faster route to recovery and reasonable value insurance for sample set licence codes.
