Unable to install unlicensed organ

Hello,

After installing approx. 12 organs to my new Hauptwerk 5.1 dedicated computer, the last (Unlicensed) organ "Major 1 (wet or dry) fails to install. It worked previously on HW4.

I get the following error message:

The organ definition file named "Major1- American Classic Organ Wet.organ_Hauptwerk_Hbx' couldn't be loaded to query its version while attempting to install the component packages 'D:etcOrganSampleWet/Major1-ACO-Wet_V1.00 Compkg.Hauptwerk.rar" If it's a lecensed file then perhaps a license hasn't yet been installed for it.
Message code 1223

Both Wet and Dry version exhibit the same message.

Hauptwerk generated a diagnostic file which I have have forwarded to you.

Good afternoon,

Etcetera never released the Hauptwerk 5 compatible files. Hauptwerk 4 encrypted organs can only be re-encrypted by the sample set creator.

Unfortunately Etcetera Pipe Organs seems to be out of business. I tried to contact them a few times for some clients and
never got a reply.

if they are indeed out of business, they should be removed from the Milan website "instrument listing" along with the link to their website.

Thanks for the information Jonathan. I probably emailed him 3-4 times for various clients and never had a reply, the same for some other HW users. I will try again to contact him (maybe you can forward me @support his email, maybe I don't have the right one

I took a chance and emailed him with the email address that I had...

Fingers crossed...

Please let us know what you find out. I just had to update to V and it broke the Jorgensen Tribute organ, which was one of my favorites.
