Can't load Pasadena Skinner organ

Been using for a while. Tried loading it yesterday and today and get a registration error. Says I don't have a valid license for this organ. I'm using Ilok cloud and my iLOK account shows that the organ is registered to me. I tried upgrading Hauptwerk licensing software and installed it, but still get the same error.

For good measure, please first try rebooting the computer.

Also try (re-)installing the current version of the Hauptwerk licensing packages, for good measure: https://www.hauptwerk.com/licensingpackages/

If you're using iLok Cloud (as opposed an iLok dongle), then please also check that you can currently access the Internet from your Hauptwerk computer, since iLok Cloud will need a working Internet connection. If that doesn't solve itself, please use 'Help | Create a diagnostic file' and send the result to Francois at support [at] hauptwerk.com , and also let him know your iLok account name (not the password).

I figured it out. When I first installed the organ I used a trial license in iLOK and never
updated to the perpetual license. I updated iLOK with the new perpetual license and everything looks good.

I appreciated your timely response and love the work you have done with Hauptwerk!
