Short Octave

In Organ preferences it is possible to set the key order to baroque short octave. But there is only one common short octave system available. "My" special baroque organ from 1736 have two manuals with normal order (missing just the lowest C# and D# keys), but in the pedal there is D key playing C and C# key playing D.

I think it is easy to implement this in HW, so I want to request this feature
