I had a look at your account and what I see is that your subscription (monthly) renewed on Jan 4th and was never activated. Also your session was closed on Dec 30th (even though you're saying that everything is working on Jan 2nd...)
The only computer known by iLOK is your computer named
Study (First seen Sept 4th) . Seem to be your "old computer", meaning that iLOK never "saw" your new computer
Try the following.
1. Download and install
iLOK Manager (latest version) on your new computer.
2. Start iLOK Manager (that you just installed on your new computer) and log with your iLOK credentials
3. Go to
File | Close all cloud sessions (will probably be greyed out, so that's ok, no need to click. If not greyed out, click to close the session)
4. Right-click your Hauptwerk license and select ACTIVATE
5. Go to
File | Open my cloud session6. Start Hauptwerk.
Note that the actual license is valid till February 4th. A new license will be deposited on that date. You will need to activate it so you can continue to use Hauptwerk. (step 4 above)
