Licence migration not working

I am trying to migrate my sample sets from v4 to v8, however, the website from the tutorial pdf (https://www.hauptwerk.com/license-migration/) does not work, it shows a blank page. Am I missing something here?

Hello Vincent,

Thanks very much for upgrading. We're aware that website forum isn't working at the moment, but if you email your migration file to Francois at support [at] hauptwerk zendesk com, and let him know your iLok username (not the password), he will be able to migrate the licences manually for you.
