Activation Problem H8

I installed HK8 a couple of weeks ago before I went on holiday. I now have arrived back and am unable to start HK. The opening screen displays "All visible licenses expired". I hace tried to activate it with my code and all boxes are ticked but when I enter next, the code redemption limit has been reached. Can you please dig me out of this hole. Looking at iLok, both HK7 and HK8 are displayed but greyed out.

Thanks very much for buying the upgrade.

Please send an email to Francois at support [at] hauptwerk zendesk com, and let him know your iLok username (not the password), so that he can have a look in PACE's system to see the current status of your Hauptwerk v8 activation, and will hopefully then be able to see what you need to do. Thanks.
