Don't worry about misspelling -- it's only an odd nick name...
What I criticised as loud:
Current Boards for S939 use in most cases the NVidia NForce4 chipset. Since this chipset is suboptimal in terms of cooling, boards either use active cooling (i.e., a fan is mounted on the chipset) or a (necessarily) quite sophisticated passive cooling construction (heatpipes and heatsinks). The chipset fans usually have a diameter of 92mm. These fans are loud (in comparison to 120mm fans) and unreliable (because manufactorers use cheap fans).
DFI Norce4 boards use fans, the Asus A8N-SLI Premium (in opposite to the Deluxe version!) uses a heatpipe cooling design.
