I would suggest the organ of Attel, near Wasserburg in Bavaria. Its a new build (2013, II/P, 22 stops) in an historic baroque case, but in the style of the original builder Anton Bayr from Munich of 1769. The original stoplist (including preserved 4 stops from 1769) was reconstructed and some stops Bayr had realised on other organs were added. The church has a very nice acoustics and is a rather quiet place (former monastery, turned in a place for mentally disabled people), theres a quite busy road (B15) right next to it, but you dont really hear it, because of the rather steep hill the church is built on.
Info about the organ from the organbuilders website

I don't know how open the organbuilder would be about sampling the organ...
Unfortunately I don't have any connection to the organ commission of that church, but I believe they could be persuaded, maybe for a small donation...
