Something new in the wind?

PostTue Jul 12, 2016 6:01 pm

I caught a sniff of something new on the wind on the Contrebombarde Concert Hall from AVO. Anyone know anything?

This big sample-set of the Klais organ in Szikszó will be offered at the end of the month, I presume, when Augustine comes back from holidays. I tested it: its great.

The sample songs on Contrebombarde sound great! I envy you getting to know it in advance.

The english translation of my personal website is a bit funny but understandable if you know a little about organ technology. Note that "game" is "stop" and that "cone" means "cornet"! And elsewhere those strange "concoctions" are "mixtures" and the "curls" are "loops". Lovely translations aren't they?
