Paramount 310 Post Horn

PostWed Sep 27, 2017 11:04 am

Does anyone know the origin of the POW 310 Post Horn? It doesn't seem to have the "bark" of a Wurlitzer and sounds more like a "blatty" modified church Oboe. Is this same sample used in the larger POW instruments?

I am a retired Organ Tuner, with WurliTzer Theater P. O. experience, and I agree with you that the Post Horn in the Paramount series sample set's do not have that WurliTzer. Bark, ? ? ?
I have been waiting for their newest sample set that has been promised for over a Year ! (Connoisseur, Sample Set) Minimal noise reduction,==== More Natural Samples. from a superior Wurlitzer=== Mel
