Dear Hauptwerk users,

We are proud to tell you that the wet version of the great Stahlhuth-Jann organ of St. Martin, Dudelange is now availlable! This wet version gives you a well balanced sound of organ and church acoustics, giving the impression of sitting at the console and hear the clear and rich sounds of this impressive instrument.

This looks most interesting.

What "screens" are provided and does it have a portrait left and right stop display for those who use touch screens? I couldn't see this detail on the website.

Thanks in advance.

Just downloaded this last night.
Got it set up but didn't play more than a few chords, so I can't address the sound.
There are three screens:
1) All stops,
2) Left - landscape for me
3) Right - landscape for me
I do not know they have portrait.
There is no full console screen.

The media recordings are beautiful!
Is there a free demo of the sample set to download so we may hear how this sounds locally prior to purchase?

Hello Ian,

It comes with three landscape screens. One main screen with all stops in logical order, and one left and right screen on with the stops placed as on the real console. However two extra left and right portrait screens with stop placement following the English tradition are in the make and will be added as soon as possible. Later on we are planing to have a console screen as well, and of course the surround version will have a separate tab with our acoustic slider.

Due to a sudden medical condition that started last week ,I totally missed the discount deadline (read: didn't pay attention to these kinds of things at all); I am still have double vision and will have eye surgery on my right eye Monday. The blessings of getting older! :D

The organ sounds quite good but need to listen more to uploads. This week was spent resting, and visiting eye specialists and worrying and having horrible headaches. Luckily the surgeon is a friend of family and so I don't have to wait many weeks before surgery.

P.S. only objects very close to my face like this laptop are OK, no double vision.
