Paramount 310 link broken?

I can't seem to download the Paramount 310: Firefox and Microsoft Edge both report problems with

Could somebody check please; and if you find a different link that works, let me know? Thanks!

Honestly, this forum is AMAZING! If you look at the times between our messages you'll see the difference is ten minutes . . AND the download works. Perhaps it was a temporary glitch at the server – anyway, safely downloaded now. I've upgraded to a new computer, and had saved the subsequent sample sets in the series, but not the 310, as I knew I could “easily” download it. Anyway thanks for your help – I should soon have my 450 back

I may be wrong, or maybe the system has been changed recently, but I was led to believe that downloads were not possible in UK/EU. But it looks like you might have found a workaround....
