Gorlitz question (with umlaut :-)

Guys, I just bought the Gorlitz and am having a complete blast with it!!! I love acoustics and this is finally one with that feature also allowing the ability to change that via the DiffuserMixer.

Which brings me to my question.... each time I change to another sample and then go Back to the Gorlitz, those diffuser/mixer settings seem to reset to the Neutral position vs staying the way were set when I closed the sample set.

Is this the default way, or am I missing something in the settings somewhere perhaps?

When you have the sliders set the way you prefer, click on the "Store Mix 1" button to save them. You can save and retrieve different mixer profiles using the Mix 1, Mix 2, and Mix 3 button sets. Mix 1 is loaded by default.

That operation is described on the Sonus Paridisi website for each of the models. http://www.sonusparadisi.cz/en/organs/n ... rtini.html, see the Photos tab and look at the description next to the "mixer view".

There is a similar store and retrieve ability for expression pedal mappings on models where that feature is in place. That permits rapid changes to the way your physical expression pedal(s) map to the organ's expression pedals. Quite useful when you have fewer physical pedals than the organ model contains.

Upon further inspection... When I see the picture you’re referring to of the diffuser/mixer, mine looks nothing like that at all.
Since I cant put a photo here, are you a member of the Hauptwerk Virtual Organ Users on Facebook? If so, I can put a pic there to compare....

Pat,

The Groningen and Goerlitz mixer are pretty similar.

Groningen allow to save, restore and reset 3 different mix configurations. Goerlitz only allow you to save, restore and reset 1 configuration, but the principal remains the same.

So, set your mixer the way you like and press "Store MIX". Don't search for 2 & 3, the Goerlitz has 1 only. If I recall, once you saved/stored the mix, on your next load your mix will be restored... if not, then press "Retrieve MIX"
