I am happy to inform everyone that completed my new sample set of Angster Organ from Hajduboszormeny (Hungary) . The organ has three manuals and pedal and 38 (+ 7 extensions) stops.
Hajdúböszörmény is a city of 30,000 inhabitants in the eastern part of Hungary, in the county of Hajdú-Bihar.
In the place of Hajdúböszörmény, there was already a settlement inhabited in prehistoric times. It was an important market town in the Middle Ages, the first written document mentioning the town dates back to 1248. It is the second largest city in the county of Hajdú-Bihar. The settlement structure of the city is very interesting, circular, which is typical of Hungarian cities dealing mainly with agriculture. The majority of the population is of the Reformed religion.
The Reformed Church in the Kálvin square is the second largest Reformed church in Hajdúböszörmény. It was built in a late-eclectic style and inaugurated in 1899.
The organ of the church was built by József Angster in 1898. The three manual, mechanical instruments had 33 registers. József Angster's sons (Emil and Oszkár) rebuilt this organ into a pneumatic system and expanded it to 38 registers. (Three reed registers were only planned, they were not installed.) This instrument is significant both in terms of monuments and history, because it was the last large organ of the Angster factory's heyday, and it is one of the most beautiful late-romantic organs in Europe. In communist times, regular maintenance of the organ was neglected, then the pneumatics were replaced by electromagnetic switches and thus the organ lost its wonderful unique sound. The Aeris Ltd. carried out the complete reconstruction of the highly incomplete and remodeled organ, and restored the organ to its 1914 state, as well as replacing the three missing reed registers. The organ has thus once again become one of the most beautiful late-romantic instruments of the Angster organs, on which mainly German romantic organ works can be performed authentically.
The sample sets are available in wave format 48kHz/24bit, stereo, multiple loops (8) and multiple releases (3 levels).
Equal, a=442 Hz. The reverb 2.5 - 3 s, reflects the original acoustics of the church.
Hauptwerk v4.2 and v5-v8 supported for the Organ Definition Files.
The sample sets made in several forms.
Stereo near, stereo far and six-channels surround.
In the surround versions you can adjust the perspective by setting the volume of the near, and far an rear recordings.
The sample RAM requirement is not high, the stereo version requires 7-11 GB, the surround version requires 15-23 GB for 16-24-bit loading.
We created an IR Reverb file for Hauptwerk 5-8 users, which we recommend for the near version.
