The clock is a case of On or Off so I don't see how a continuous expression pedal would be suitable. If you don't have a free piston, you could use the top note on the pedal board if it is 32 notes because the Salisbury pedal range is 30.

Just for you I will postpone my flute practise and check with HW. I'll have to start HW and take a look. I'll be back shortly with instructions.

Here are the instructions. Looks complicated because of all the menu items but it's really not.
The choice I make next is arbitrary but I don't think any organ will have 32 stops on the fifth manual so...

General Settings
Switch (MIDI) inputs
scroll on the left to the Stops section of the keyboard you wish to use and click on Stop 32.
Over on the right
Message sent when engaging
Event type: choose "MIDI note on (all velocities)"
MIDI input path: choose the "keyboard" you wish to use
Event number: change to 36 for the lowest note on the keyboard
Message sent when disengaging
choose "None" (bottom of list)

Now go to
Organ Settings
Connect switch (MIDI) inputs to organ
scroll down to the clock at the bottom of the list
Input Control
choose the Stops 32 of the keyboard you choose earlier.

Now when you tap the lowest note on the keyboard to hear the clock

NOTE: the clock starts with mechanical noises first. This is for several seconds. Then the clock chimes.
It is quiet so you might hear nothing at first. You can increase the volume with the voicing tool if you wish.

Let me know if this works. (it should since I just did it for my sample)

Brett,

I think it would be genial if the clock would behave like the clock in
Salisbury. So it give's the same clock strikes
by time as there, along with the computer clock. Is that possible, perhaps only as an option? The "I am
in the Cathedral"- feeling would be totally perfect.

Dalest, that was a lovely, ethereal and other-worldly recording. Makes me really want to add the Salisbury to my sample collection! Great job.

Hi all,
I recorded 21 pieces on this very nice sample set, see http://www.pcorgan.com/SampleSets1887SalisburyEN.html

Hi Eric,
I added your move also to the page, is that ok for you?
Thanks,
Gert
