Looking for a looped "mute" .wav

PostMon Sep 05, 2005 12:48 pm

Hello Hauptwerkians!

I'm augmenting the First Baptist, Riverisde Schantz with a floating Solo division. That's where I'll put the Zimbelstern. Since it will now be a full manual instead of a two-note one, I'm looking for a mute.wav that is looped. Leo had a percussive unlooped .wav, but that won't work for this need. I don't have the capacity to loop a sample albeit a mute one. Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Cole

Hi Cole,

Please send me an email and I will email this to you. The silent wave is a whopping 14kb. I've used these in some of the organs such as the two Silbermann's to fill in the low C# which does not exist on the original organs.

Oh! Well so that is the reason. I thought my low C# had an
intermittent electrical contact to the midi sender!! Guess
I should have noticed it was only happening on the Silberman's.

Of course, I only use that C# much with Miditzer and
theatre sorts of pieces as arranged by Bill Irwin; he loves the
"walking" bass, and close harmonies; Well maybe some
of Peeter's pedal exercises also.

Learn something new everyday about Hauptwerk and the
organ sample sets for it.

Thanks,
