Are you adding more manuals, hence needing more key cheeks? If so, you will obviously want exact copies of what you have now, any woodworker with even a moderate amount of skill, attention to detail and a scroll saw can make those for you, Ed. It's a simple matter of tracing the ones you have now and again, making copies. When I went from 2 to 3 manuals on my converted Allen console I made a pair of key cheeks that match the originals perfectly, you can't tell the ones I made from the originals. Mine are also almost identical to the first (arched) pictured. Careful selection of matching species of wood and wood grain pattern will also be important so the new ones don't stick out like a sore thumb. Sore thumbs make for lousy organ playing.
