Rodgers 990

I am considering selling my RODGERS 990 because I am getting a four manual console.

The organ has been gutted, and fitted with an Artisan uMIDI system. There are wood core keyboards. It has served me well. The only known issue is that I got lazy, and did not hook up the toe studs. This is for the console only. I am keeping the audio system, and all computer equipment.

The instrument is located in Lincoln, Nebraska, and can be viewed by appointment.

I am looking for serious offers, as I really have no idea what to charge. If I get no satisfactory offer, I will simply use the components to form the basis for my new console.

Has this organ been sold yet?

The organ is still here. I used it all winter, through Easter. Now that it is warm again, I am going to move it out, and my "new" four manual console in. I have not gotten a serious offer to date, so I have basically decided to strip the MIDI kit out of it, and use the electronics in the other console. Nothing has been done yet as I have needed it to do some beta testing on a new product, but that is winding down now, and I am getting anxious to work on my new toy.

I was curious if you stripped out the console yet? Is this still in one piece?

Thank you for asking. The organ has been disassembled, and the MIDI conversion kit has been moved to my new console. The keyboards, pedal board, expression shoes etc have been sent to Kansas to form the basis of another Hauptwerk project. It is sad, but the instrument seemed to have more value for the parts than it did as an entire instrument.

I can't believe no one jumped on that console. It's beautiful. What a shame.
