Stanford's Postlude in D minor

I'm looking for the sheet music for Stanford's Postlude in D minor. As far as I can tell this is out of print and isn't available in an anthology. Willing to pay a fair price.

If as I suspect it's the opus 105/6 Postlude in d minor you're after, this is available from Stainer and Bell or eg here:
