License USB key

Hello there, I have a problem and I do not know what happens. I use to have the main console that I use with a Mac Mini with HW installed on it, my organs and the license USB Key conected, everything was Ok until yesterday that the HD said goodby, so I installed a new SSD HD and install everything from scratch, everything was ok until I connected the USB Key, the key will not light up, (it lights up initially and then turns OFF), so when I start HW the license key is not found, and HW starts in evaluation mode.
I took the Key and I conected to another computer iMac that I use sometimes with a small 1 keyboard console and HW, everything works perfect and the key lights up and remain with the light ON.
What do you think it happens, thank you

I forgot to say than I try with different external HD, the motu interface and several pen drives connected to the four USB ports and everything works except the License USB Key, thank you

You also need to install the driver for the key, the current version of which is always available on our main downloads page: http://www.downloadhauptwerk.com/ .

Thank you Martin, my mistake I better retired if I start to forget thinks.
After installing everything ( work all day) I have another problem, when installing St. Eucaire Cabaille-Coll I found (and that happens the day I bought it) that DVD-4 is corrupted, I remember you send me a link to recover that DVD-4, how can I recover it again now, thanks
