The Intel NUC looks like a great product, but be sure to understand what is included or left out of a given package. The barebone systems that appear affordable do not include memory, storage, or an operating system. For an i7 miniPC setup with 32GB of RAM expect to pay around $1400.

Thankyou, you are right, but a Mac mini i5 at 2.8 with 8 Gigas ram and 1Tb HD storage (not SSD) cost in spain 1.500$, so if a Mac mini could be configured like a NUC (is not possible, max 16 ram) with an SSD HD will probably cost more than 2.500$. I know mac are good and that is the question about NUC, are they good machines ?, best regards.
