Tremulant adjustment on Paramount 450

PostTue Jun 25, 2019 11:41 pm

Is there a way to adjust "all" the trems at one time vs each individual stop?

When I have my trems on all, it doesn't quite sound realistic enough.... Not quite sure how to make any needed adjustments.

Thanks for any guidance.

The tremulants on all the Paramount organs are sampled, so there are two versions of each pipe - with and without tremulant. My understanding is that no adjustment is possible when tremulants are provided in this way. On organs that use software tremulants - such as those from MDA and Neil Jensen's Connoisseur series - both the speed and depth of the trems can be adjusted. However the result to my ears is not as realistic as on the Paramount organs, and others which use sampled trems.
