No reaction from MDA to E-Mails

I would like to publish my new sample set soon and have already sent a mail to MDA twice for this purpose that I need a serial number for the encryption. But I don't get any reaction from MDA to my emails. What goes wrong?

I have had delayed responses to e-mails too.
They are probably very busy (a) because of the current sale, and (b) because they are working hard on a new security system.

You're not alone in this regard. MDA have not responded to a number of emails from myself and others regarding other matters in the past week and a half.

However in the midst of this they did respond to process a dongle update for a sample set purchase.

I continue to give them the benefit of the doubt regarding their current work pressures.

Give it time. I doubt they have the resources of Microsoft et al.

I too have been ignored in my request for sampling documentation. I just hope HW doesn't get snatched up by a large toaster manufacturer.
