HW4.1.2

PostThu Sep 26, 2019 6:01 am

Hello,
My computer hard drive with Win 7 Pro has just given up. I am having a new hard drive fitted but can only have the latest Windows 10 installed. It's quite a quick processer and has 16Gb RAM.
Question - Will HW 4.1.2 with Paramount 332 work OK with Win 10 and 2 Touchscreens?
Any help or info with be appreciated.

Ian Charlton, Boston, England.

I would expect so.
I have been running on Windows 10 with two touchscreens for quite a while and all of the instruments I have including the Paramount 320 work fine.

(Disable the SysMain service to avoid it using too much system resources and causing audio problems.)

I wouldn't expect any problems with running Hauptwerk, the touch screens or the sample set. If you do have any difficulties, they are more likely to be with drivers for eg. older sound cards.
