Hello,
I bought an upgrade for my PAB sample (V2 to V3), from Inspiredcoustics.
I sent my license upgrade file to info@hauptwerk.com to activate this new version, but I din’t receive anything.........
What is the problem ?

Not sure you've done the request correctly.

At the top of the page here click 'Support' then click 'licensing' then click 'submit a licence update request' and follow the instructions.

There has been much misunderstanding about this procedure.

Inspired Acoustics, the sample set producer in this case, first needs to notify MDA, before MDA sends an email informing the buyer (of a sample set or an upgrade) what needs to be done.

So that everyone is on the right page, below is a copy of what MDA sends out (after being notified by a s/s producer) for an upgrade.

This is using the old (soon to be former) dongle based security system.

Hello ----------,

We need to perform a license update to your Hauptwerk USB key for a recent order you have made. Please follow the steps below to initiate your license update.

Attach the Hauptwerk USB key to your computer and launch Hauptwerk.
Click "File | Create a license update request file..."
Save the file to your desktop (do not zip or modify this file).
Visit this page to submit your license update request file and we will send the update back to you as soon as possible with instructions for applying the update.

IMPORTANT: Once you have used the 'File | Create a license update request file...' menu option to create the file to send to us, please do not use this menu option again until you have received and have applied the file that we will email back to you, otherwise the update will need to be repeated.

It’s very strange, we can download the sample 5 minutes after the order, and we need to wait several days to use it!
