Thanks very much for the attempted purchase, and sorry to hear about the problem.
Although I'm not involved with the shop myself (so I might be wrong), my guess would be that the shop was having difficulty connecting to PACE's (iLok) server in order to look up your iLok account name. E.g. perhaps just a temporary issue with a server being down, or similar.
I've just checked, and I can connect to PACE's system (e.g. via iLok License Manager), so it seems that at last some of their services are working normally at the moment.
If you wouldn't mind, please let us know if you're still having the problem in another couple of hours or so. If it's just a temporary problem at PACE's end then it may well have been resolved by then, otherwise we can try contacting the relevant people to get it investigated. (PACE are in the U.S., so it might be a few hours until we can get that looked into, due to the timezone difference.)
