Hi HW Team

I tried buying the v5 to v6 update but I am getting an error in the shopping cart:

Sorry, we do not have enough "Upgrade Advanced v5 to Advanced v6 Perpetual" in stock to fulfill your order (0 available). We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Checkout fails when pressing the Proceed to checkout button:

There are some issues with the items in your cart. Please go back to the cart page and resolve these issues before checking out.

I have tried it with two different browsers.

Please can you resolve the issue as it's stopping me, and probably others, from upgrading.

Dear MDA team,

Another problem, several times trying to upgrade two V5 licenses to V6, after the paypal/creditcard paymentprocess the order will be reported in the Hauptwerk shop as ' your order was cancelled'. Not by me for sure... I think... but ... any guess I am doing something wrong? Or is it not possible to order 2 upgrades in a single process?

Any help kindly appreciated.

However, finally I ordered 2 upgrade licenses succesfully, paid by creditcard last monday, I still did not receive a purchase confirmation by email with the license codes I am expecting. I wonder why, but maybe I am completely lost in the upgrade processing... please help.

Have you checked your spam folder? If you still can't find the email in that folder, log into your Hauptwerk.com account the click Orders | View. At the end of your order page you should find the activations codes.

If you still can't find them, contact me at support [at] hauptwerk.com

The email confirmation is not in my spam, but yes I found the codes in the order-view detail. Thank you again!
I guess the billing failures were due to an mismatch of addresses (Hauptwerkaccount details vs. creditcard), I feel very stupid. But now I have corrected these items.

Hello,

I just encountered the exact same problem as the OP of this thread when attempting to purchase the v5 to v6 perpetual, advanced license upgrade from the Hauptwerk store. It says no stock is available and that there are errors in my cart that need to be corrected before proceeding. I could not complete the purchase. I tried both Firefox and Edge browsers.

Also, over the last several days, when I attempt to visit the hauptwerk.com website (again with both Firefox and Edge) I am presented with a cryptic error message. I am able to proceed to the site by clicking on the Hauptwerk link in the upper left corner of the page but it is a bit of an annoyance.

Disregard the "slider error"... I've reported a while ago...

I've also reported the missing iLOK codes for HW5 to HW6. Sorry for the inconvenience. Try later today or tomorrow.
