Because of the number of stops on the organ, you expect a bigger church. The church is high (count the number of galleries) but otherwise quite small. Trost offered a large number of colours, but the entire organ is quite delicately voiced. It is more or less a huge chamber organ. Because of the large size of the organ and the small size of the church, the mechanical action can be quite easily heard in the church. Because of the shape of the church, the listener is never far away from the organ.
