Silbermann, Ebermunster

PostSat Aug 21, 2010 4:29 pm

I recently heard a youtube video of Diane Bisch playing the Silbermann organ at Ebermunster, France. I was stunned by it's beauty. The sound is exciting but not overpowering ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fKmibjavecc). It would be nice to see this organ sampled for Hauptwerk.

Will this sample set require additional monitors at knee level and behind the player as on the original organ?

Be patient!!!

Thanks for the info, Iain... If the tentative date of 2010 is respected, it's not a long wait which is ahead of us!

I think we may have to ask for a special enhancement in HW4 :D
