As soon as possible, I hope. :)
Nah, this is a HOBBY and I want to enjoy the process, not make it into a hassle.

Ah, blue 'painters' tape. Is it even possible to build anything let alone an organ without it these day?

It doesn't leave a residue, but it doesn't hold/stick together very well either. I'm converting to green tape.

When I was working with a pipe organ builder we went through roll after roll of blue tape...

With force and determination, everything fits! :) I am going to make the console in several parts, so it is easy to disassemble / reassemble. Can't build an organ otherwise, right? :) That's how the big boys do it...

Blue tape... How I love blue tape... Just like post-it notes, how did we do things before?

Another update from the creator of expensive woodchips and sawdust. It may seem like I haven't done a lot of work, but trust me - I have! And it is strange - the first part is hard to make. The next part is done in no time if it is a replica of the first one... :)

And on the coffee table in my livingroom: 27 real pipes that will be mounted in the facade (non-speaking). I like it! :)

An exiting update today!

I can't wait to start working on the "inner liners", or the different panels surrounding the keyboards and the pedalboard. Up till now it's been somewhat boring work, but at the same time I'm having a blast doing things I've never ever done before! :)

I am building an organ, becoming a rather skilled woodworker and having a great time doing it. That's not a bad deal!

Exiting update, I think! I've moved the thingamabobs into the living room for a test-fit:

What do you guys think of it?
Is there anything I could do to add some decorative elements to it? It is kind of square now...
