How many do we need to buy for a XXL run of tshirts in black?

Pax,

Hello Thomas,

I would need to check. I am guessing we'd need at least 50 in order to make it cost effective.

Has anyone else in UK ordered HW T-shirts, and if so, how long did they take in the mail?

For anyone in UK ordering HW T-shirts, I hope the following info might be helpful.
Mine just arrived, and very nice they look, too.
Transit time was seven days from MDA office to UK Border Agency Postal Depot in London, and another six days from there to our local sorting office 30 miles away. The postman leaves a card saying they can't deliver the parcel as there is a charge to pay first. You can either go to the sorting office in person, pay the charges and collect the parcel, or pay the charges online and wait for it to be delivered. The charges are: Import Duty - nil; Excise Duty - nil; VAT - 17.5% on the costs of the goods; Royal Mail International Handling Fee - £8.00 (flat rate charge for the privilege of paying the VAT for you up-front!).

Hello Douglas,

Glad the shirts arrived and that you are happy with them. Thanks again for the order.

I am not sure if you saying that you are upset about the VAT and handling charges? Note that we have no control over this since it is the EU government that handles these issues and we also state on the Hauptwerk store that VAT and/or import charges may be applied and that you should expect this prior to placing an order. The delivery time also falls within our estimate of 2-3 weeks from the US. I'm not sure why it took an additional 6 days once it reached the UK, but that is your local postal system at work there! 7 days from the US to overseas isn't too bad really for First Class air mail.

If anyone isn't happy with VAT or import charges, please contact your local government to express your concern. We have no control over how your government operates. We are not that powerful!

Hi Brett,

Certainly no complaint intended against MDA. Apologies if it appeared that way; it wasn't intended.
I *was* expecting VAT. I also expected some import duty, though there was none after all.
Regular mail from US to UK usually takes 3-4 days, so that took a little longer than I was expecting, but again that was no fault of MDA. My prime concern was the delay by Royal Mail at this end and the (IMHO) exorbitant handling charge, and I just thought others should be made aware of that.

As always, we are very appeciative of the excellent products and service we get from you and Martin.

Best wishes,
Douglas.

Hi Brett:
Do you have a decal or plaque that has the Hauptwerk Logo with Virtual Pipe Organ ?
I want to place it on my console.

Too bad items can't be sent via an email "attachment", Thinking back to some si-fi movies. "Beam my up Scotty" maybe? Appreciate that software can be up and down loaded..

I knew I would find a useful application for a 3D printer eventually.

It would be nice if anyone could measure the width of the shirts. Thanks in advance.
Best regards
