As for MIDI files, fair enough, don't flood the place with them, but it is unfair to suggest they shouldn't be allowed. Not everyone is a virtuoso organist that can churn out perfect live performances, some may feel more comfortable working away trying to get the sound they're looking for using MIDI files. I'd say if you've just downloaded it from the web and assigned stop changes to it, don't bother, if on the other hand you've hand crafted it, or have put a lot of work into getting the expression right etc., it has just as much right to be heard as a "live" performance.
