Re: Pedals playing second manual randomly!

Hello Martin,

After turning off power to the whole system, and then restarting, everything works as before!
Hopefully the problem doesn't resurface.

All the best,
Andrew

Re: Pedals playing second manual randomly!

Thank you, Martin.

I will look into it and see how things go. I'm just surprised how the fault just occurred so randomly.

Pedals playing second manual randomly!

Hi all, For some strange reason, while I was playing (everything working fine) the pedals started to play notes on the second manual (positive). I closed the organ I was playing, then went through the steps of General Configuration Wizard, and the Organ Configuration Wizard. When I went through the ...

HW v4.2 update still available?

Hello all,
I am wondering if there is still a link to download an update for HW v.4? I have the advanced version 4.0 or 4.1 (not exactly sure) but would like to update to v 4.2

Hauptwerk version 4 download link

Hi everyone, My apologies if this has been listed earlier, but I haven't been on the forum very much the last number of years. I need to download version 4 because I still have a dongle for that from many years ago, but have a new computer. Then I can work on the next step.....upgrading to a higher ...

MIDI-ready keyboards

Hello all, I've been off the forum for many years so please excuse me if this question has already been asked and answered. I'm looking at buying two midi-ready keyboards for a DIY organ console. I know that I can get them from midiworks in Canada for about 775 Can Dollars each. https://www ...

Retailers for MIDI-ready keyboards and pedals

Just wondering if anyone has a list of suitable retailers who sell midi-ready keyboards and pedal boards? I'm aware of Midiworks in Canada, but I'm sure there are more. I live in Australia.
Thanks for your help.

Re: Btaz-Utrecht or Hinsz-Bovenkerk

Unless I missed it, no-one mentioned the 3-manual organ from Tholen offered by Voxus Organs. I don't have it, but the audio samples sound really nice. Sounds very clear, and apparently there is a 'slider' option that allows either a frontal recording sound or a more wet/distant sound.....or anywhere ...

Re: Presonus Audiobox + Windows 10

Hi Jerry and Martin, thanks for your comments. I've managed to get it going now by trying another option on the pop-up box that came up. Not sure what it was now. The only problem now is that I'm getting some crackling sounds. Will need to adjust a few things obviously. It seems like the CPU is ...

Presonus Audiobox + Windows 10

Hi all, has anyone got a Presonus Audiobox, and having problems getting this to work with Windows 10? Mine worked fine with Windows 7, but now I'm having problems. I've downloaded the latest updates for it (called 'Universal Control') as well as the latest Hauptwerk updates, but it's still not ...

Windows 7 -> 10 change a problem?

I have an Advanced Edition license and have used it for a number of years on a laptop with Windows 7. If I update to Windows 10 will this affect my current license USB? Are there any other updates I should do?
Thanks for your help....

Re: Netherlands Pipe Organs vs Trost

Adri, I also thank you for a very informative account of Dutch organ building history. I live in Australia, but have also been blessed to visit the Netherlands and play some magnificent organs (e.g. the Hinsz organ of the Bovenkerk in Kampen, or the Rudolf-Knol organ in Hasselt). I also love Dutch ...

Re: Brasov demo RAM requirements?

Hello Johannes, Thanks for your clarification regarding the Brasov Demo sample set. Maybe I will download and try it. What is your opinion about this organ? I enjoy the 'warm' sounds of the two Dutch organs I mentioned, so how does Brasov sound compared to this? (I don't like harsh, sharp-sounding ...
