Re: Forum software update Sept 2024
Sorry, but your last sentence is Greek to me. But I know that last night I tried to login and had the same 'no response' that I've had countless other times. I will watch this for a while and report.

Re: Forum software update Sept 2024
Now if they would just do whatever is needed to have more users able to login in at the same time. The addition of the mobile access will only make this problem worse if they don't increase the capacity.

Re: Headerbar displays vertically in MS Edge
I have a similar issue in Edge, except it just displays a portion of the Hauptwerk home page. If posting an image wasn't such a pain in the @$$ I would attach a screen shot. I have cleared by cache. Seems to work fine on mobile version.

Re: Incorrect pedal midi note assignment
It would probably help if we knew more about your hardware. Is this a modified electronic organ, or a collection of components? Which midi encoder system do you have? You said you reset the pedalboard, but you should probably clear all the related assignments and start over.

Re: Any way to switch a stop assignment dynamically?
Thanks Iain and Martin. I do have Bome Translator installed and use it with my Roland Sound Canvas. I'll have to put my thinking cap on for what you suggested. But sounds like it's worth a try.

Any way to switch a stop assignment dynamically?
I have HW8 and primarily use the Paramount 450. My expression pedal has a foot switch on the left. I have currently assigned it to BOTH the Sostenuto and Pedal Sustain. I'd really prefer to be able to switch it from one to the other, depending on the song. A few sample sets have that option, but not ...

Re: Paramount 450 updates
Thanks for sharing the back story. I was not aware. When I decided to upgrade, about a year ago I seriously debated between the 450 (I had all the other Paramounts) and the Modern Fox Wurlitzer. I went with the 450 for several reasons and am very happy with it. But nothing's perfect and if there was ...

Re: Transposing Sheet Music
A couple thoughts. If you can find a suitable organ arrangement of the song on one of the online sheet music sources, such as http://www.musicnotes.com or http://www.sheetmusicdirect.com, they sometimes have the ability to transpose to a different key. Another possible online source is http://www ...

Re: Paramount 450 updates
This is an older post, but I just wanted to add a 'second' to this motion. I have (and love) the Paramount 450. But it does have a few 'quirks' that could certainly be cleaned up. I also think the graphics could be improved, perhaps to look more like the new Modern Fox Wurlitzer by Melotone (see ...

Re: Using Reaper for Compression Drives CPU meter crazy
Thank you both Mark and Martin. I changed HW to Realtime priority, which immediately helped. I also changed Reaper cores removing the first two and changed the audio buffer size to 512 and number of buffers to 1. CPU meter is now staying in the green.

Using Reaper for Compression Drives CPU meter crazy
I added Reaper using VST link to get the compressor function. It appears to be working correctly, and other than changing the audio output from my device to the VST link made no other changes to Hauptwerk audio. Now the CPU meter is going crazy, constantly moving in red. I'm not hearing any audio ...

Their website does not seem to have a contact page, but you could try contacting Graham Goode either by direct message through this forum or through Facebook Messenger on https://www.facebook.com/melotonesound. The only option from the website seems to be purchase.

Re: Control third party app from Hauptwerk
I am not familiar with the Aria Garitain player. Does it accept and process other midi commands? I have a Roland Sound Canvas attached and I control the volume and sostenuto from Hauptwerk, using the Bome Midi Translator. See post https://forum.hauptwerk.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=20289 and feel free ...
