My Mac has 20GB RAM, but Hauptwerk uses only 12 for some reason, and this problem prevents me from starting surround sets like Leens or Noordbroek. Is there a way to increase the amount of RAM for HW?

I'm using HW4 Advanced currently I wanted to use OrganART Media's Silbermann Reinhardtsgrimma Sample set, but when I used to install the package, and load the sample via Organ - Load organ.. menu, it crashes and opens a message that says that samples has unknown format, the message code is 4922 ...

What if I don't have Wind supply model at all? The user guide says it's unavaliable for people in USA - but I am in Germany. It also says that it's available in Adanced edition only, but as I said earlier, I use the Advanced edition of HW4. And ideas?

I'm using Salisbury organ, and some of the reeds on Choir, Solo and Swell are tremolo'ed. Can I turn off the tremolo and use the stops without it?

Some samples I use (Skinner, Caen) have swell boxes, and when I'm opening the sample set everytime the Swell box is closed, so I need to manually open it up. How to fix that problem, and is it fixable?
