Re: Note Cipher diagnosis

These may work if that is indeed the problem. The PCB traces should be cleaned with denatured 90 proof alcohol using
q-tips.

Re: Sample set producers' web pages unavailable?

Yes -- Neil Jensen did make Hauptwerk v5+ compatible versions of his sample sets. It does appear that his website ( http://www.keymediaproductions.com/ ) doesn't currently support HTTPS, so if your browser won't allow access to the site because of that then it's probably simplest to email him ...

Re: Sennheiser AMBEO Soundbar

Probably a safe bet that Dolby Atmos won't be added to the Hauptwerk built in audio output choices' any time soon. The built in room calibrating system and there's that neat calib mic - could be a desirable. 8 https://youtu.be/jaqvcTIoqHM?t=318s Then there's HDMI Arc. Other than the price, there's ...

Admire your choice for keyboards. (Think you meant 1980's for Grade 8 tho)

Sennheiser AMBEO Soundbar

Has anyone tried or heard one? With Hauptwerk that is? https://en-us.sennheiser.com/ambeo-soundbar?syz_chnl=001 Possibility for a compact installation, maybe? Esp where space is limited. While pricey, I know of more expensive operations (installations) that wouldn't begin to fit in an average home ...

Re: Disable single keyboard notes

I'm experiencing ciphering on a single note Is that problem happening with all sample sets? Does this happen on a single manual or on all manuals? Can you switch keyboard manuals by (temporarily) auto-detecting each one? For instance Great would become Swell, and Swell would become Great, etc. If ...

Re: Controlling SAMS on and off mddp128 MGB

The difference between piggy-backing two MIDECO boards ($120) or using one MIDECO board and one MIBO is $18 USD. The second setup would be preferred. It would be fiddly to try to piggy-beck two MIDECO boards. The "trick all this is the decoder sending the correct pulse. Another consideration is the ...

Re: We're sorry, this download is no longer available - Midi

Agree, of course, but in the (far) background are (a very few) HW folks still, using old stuff like Win XP even. They send private (question) messages, not wanting to read "You should update" messages.
