Please define "limited time"

I already asked this question by email, so forgive the duplication if it is reaching you a second time here.

It would be helpful to clearly state how long the v6 to v7 upgrade offer stands at $99. Along with that, usually the following higher price is also given. This helps users decide whether to buy now or later or not at all.

I was told by email that nobody seems to know the answer to the question yet (!), but that the information should be added to the website.

The upgrade price from HW5 to 6 was always $99 and didn't change.
