I'm not involved with MDA's shop system myself, so can't help with that directly, but I've sent a message to Francois (who handles our main support email) and hopefully he'll be able to help you, otherwise we'll contact the relevant people to see what the problem might be. Francois is in Canada, so there might be a few hours' delay due to the timezone difference.
