Good morning,
I just got an upgrade from VI to VII and after installation I got The code redemption limit has been reached. Please press Cancel to enter a different code. Not sure what to do next?

Thanks very much for buying the upgrade.

Could you send an email to Francois at support [at] hauptwerk.com mentioning the problem and your iLok account name (no need for the password)? Hopefully he'll then be able to tell what might be wrong and what needs to be done to get the licence activated.

Hi Tom,
For what it's worth. I had the same problem. After I shut everything down and rebooted the computer I logged into the iLok program and all worked well.....
