We realize support is going to be essential for everyone in the next several months.

Martin, Brett and our new Support Manager (more to come on him) will be all hands on deck.

If you can look to the forum for basic questions that would be most helpful in getting to those of you who need more one on one support. Also keep in mind this is support for HW, not hardware support.

Support emails are flooding in and we are trying to process everyone as quickly as possible. Currently, the fasted way to get support is to post your need on the forum. Support will be monitoring the forum everyday.

Also if you are requesting an upgrade coupon please keep these directed to upgrades@hauptwerk.com. If you sent this request someplace else, resend it. Coupons are being sent out every 24 hours. Also please check junk mail if you have not received yours before requesting a new coupon. This has been the issue in many cases.

I will post more about the new support procedure as we move forward.
