The free Audacity software can repitch without impacting tempo - so could achieve what the OP is after without changing the recorded reverb time. I haven't the faintest idea whether the results would be musical, or whether it would be easy to mark up the WAV file(s) in a way which HW could read, or how easy it would be to change the ODF.
Personally I have to say that I'm sceptical about 32' stops anyway, but that's an aesthetic judgement!
