Hello David,

Hauptwerk doesn't natively have functionality for driving X-Keys back-lights, I'm afraid. (If it is even technically possible at all to control them, you would have to set it Hauptwerk up manually to output MIDI messages from the relevant controls (e.g. MIDI note-on-off) and find some way to convert those MIDI messages to whatever control protocol X-Keys uses for back-lights.

Thanks for responding. After playing with these for a while I have decided to return them. I don't like how the buttons move out of position so easily.
