Are you using both BBS-1K and DMS-2K?

The BBS-1K (along with the MIDECO) are for the 62 - lighted drawknobs The DMS-2K for the 4 - (8 X 8 matrix) keyboards.
I programmed each BBS-1K (in a split configuration) so the first group (1 - 32) connections send note on while the second group ( 33 - 64) send note off. One BBS-1K for each (side) group of dfawkmlbs that way. The MIDECO drives the LED's.

Yes, for 4 - keyboards. Each DMS-2K connects 128 keys in 2 keyboards - 8x8 or 12x6 matrix

Thanks for all of that. Roman sure makes nice stuff but, if he for whatever reason can't supply it when I need it (which is pretty soon now), then I'll need to consider other options.

While I can't make any commitments on behalf of Roman, I do know the sooner you place an order and get in the que, the sooner you will receive the order. The order I placed last week has been acknowledged the next day and received an order number. He ships via FedEx which usually is quite fast.

Two other suppliers I use are:

Chris - https://orgautomatech.fr/

and:

Gino - https://www.shop.gino-midi.nl/winkel/?lang=en

OK, I'll bear that in mind.

Matter of fact I had just been looking at the Gino site yesterday. I like his approach.

Thanks for the link to orgautomatech. I'll take a look at that, too.

My first choice still is Midi-Hardware for a variety of reasons previously mentioned. Each supplier has different issues. It's one thing if you are dealing with your one and only instrument. But when dealing with multiple instruments, it can be esp confusing to remember sometimes. years later how something was accomplished. Even worse when you mix and match.

Roman has maintained his basic operational design strategy/philosophy across his whole line since day one and will do so into the future. He spent many years working and living in the USA so he knows first hand about things here and stays informed.

BTW, most of the other suppliers face the same issues/challenges as Roman does. I have one order from a different supplier backordered for 90 days.

Re orgautomatech, do you have an email address for him? I tried using his Contact Us form, but when I try to submit I get "Submission rejected, token invalid" ... whatever that means.

OK, found it: chris@orgautomatech.fr

I have much the same experience with Roman as Ed.
I periodically look round at other suppliers, but I always come to the same conclusion, Roman's products are better and cheaper (plus I've been using them for 8 years now), so better to wait until he can supply them.
