If you have a spare 19/20 pin USB 3 socket on the motherboard, this adapter can be installed inside the computer case.

Need to check for clearance. Many mobos have these 19/20 pin sockets for front panel USB 3 connection. Note, this is a type A USB 3 connector which the iLok uses.

If clearance issues, there are 90 degree adapters, either up or down angled available (U3-053-DN) and Up Angled (U3-053-UP):
