I have one of these too and the keyboard is a total heap of junk. However, the lawsuit referred to is regarding screen back-lighting. Apple did change the ribbon cable to a more robust version. However, there is a different lawsuit regarding the keyboard. I’m hoping the keyboard lawsuit will succeed. I need a replacement but don’t want just another “Butterfly” same old junk.
