Touch Screen Not Aligned

PostSat Jan 29, 2022 4:45 pm

Dear friends,

I just installed HWVI and it is coming along with many of my SS installed and working. However, my Tutung LCD Monitor (that I purchased maybe 10 years ago from MDA) no longer aligns with the stops. I can see the screen react but it is now about 1 1/2 inches to the left of the stop desired. The model is discontinued and I couldn't find a service manual and the few adjustment buttons on the front have no effect. Any thoughts? Or, if it hopeless, what Touch Screen Monitors would be suggested?
Thank you!

You could see if the articles found by searching for "windows touch screen calibration" help you. I don't know how bad a problem that can fix, but it does try to adjust for touch mispositioning.

I use Dell touchscreen monitors and have had no trouble, but I tend to shop at the same place over and over because it works for me.

Thank you. I will take a look. I forgot to mention that the cursor with the mouse works just fine so it does work but not with the finger.
