Hello Juan,

Many thanks for the interest in Hauptwerk.

Please try:

- Make sure that you're logged onto OS X with an account that has administrator privileges.

- Make sure that all currently-available OS X updates have been installed.

- Make sure that Hauptwerk isn't running.

- Try re-installing the SafeNet/Sentinel driver by downloading and running the following installer (for OS X): http://downloadhauptwerk.com/drivers/Se ... lerOSX.dmg

- Follow the instructions in the installer to complete the installation. When it's complete, re-boot the computer, then see whether that's fixed the problem.

If not, is the clock in your Mac approximately correct?
Best regards, Martin.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

For anything you asked, the answer is done. It still does not work.

The only significative thing I see, is that I am running yosemite on my computer.

May that be the issue?

regards

JJ

Hello Juan,

Yes -- that's almost certainly the problem. OS X 10.10 'Yosemite' hasn't been released publicly by Apple yet. We don't support it yet and, as far as I know, SafeNet don't yet have drivers available that support it.
Best regards, Martin.
