Uploaded selections won't play

On my new computer I can't get the player to work. The screen appears but clicking on the 'start' arrow has no effect. Is there a box un-ticked somewhere in my system? Videos with sound are OK.

It's never worked for me. But if I go to the bottom of the page and click on 'Download' it opens and plays in Windows Media Player.

Hi Richard, what browser are you trying to use to play the selections?
