iLok error message stopping HW 6 starting

iLok error message stopping HW 6 starting

I get an error message when starting PC "HW advanced editon cannot be loaded ....error details: "The PACE License support software required not running....."
If the message is dismissed I can start HW manually and all licenses work. The License package has been installed and all licenses activated in iLok. Any ideas on what might be happening?
PC is running Windows 7 and all worked fine in HW 4. This error has appeared since the upgrade to HW 6.

Thanks very much for upgrading to v6.

Am I right in thinking that you have Windows configured to launch Hauptwerk automatically as a the PC boots?

The error can occur as Windows boots if Windows launches Hauptwerk before Windows has launched (or finished launching) the iLok software.
